While her former career involved much world travel, she had to curtail her formal doctoral aspirations following some permanent injuries. However, she continues to pursue the intended topics of interest in her free time. They include Ancient to Modern Studies pertaining to Western Civilization: The impact of ancient conquerors, The Three Great Monotheistic Faiths, Jewish Medieval History thru Modern Jewish History, Jewish Migration and Diaspora Studies, plus subsequent genealogical implications. Holocaust Studies, Near and Middle Eastern Studies, emphasizing Israel's struggles, and comparative prophetic interpretations among monotheistic faiths. And, biblical / archaeological studies.
